LOOKish LLC (“LOOKish LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital closet and style app that helps you organize your clothes, connect with friends, and use AI-powered styling tools across our website and mobile apps (the “Services”). We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data beyond what is needed for app functionality (for example, we use location only for outfit recommendations and related features).
3. App Permissions
To deliver core features, the app requests the following permissions:
Purpose: Allow you to take photos of clothing, outfits, and profile images directly in the app.
Control: You can disable camera access at any time in your device settings, although some features may not work without it.
- Photo Gallery / Media Library
Purpose: Allow you to select existing photos from your device to add items to your digital closet or update your profile.
Control: You can revoke gallery access in your device settings.
Purpose: Provide outfit recommendations tailored to your current location and weather, and support location-based features you choose to use.
Control: You can turn off location access in your device settings; we may still infer a general region from your IP address for basic analytics and security.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the Services, including your digital closet, AI styling suggestions, and social features.
- Personalize content and recommendations, such as outfits based on your wardrobe, preferences, and location.
- Enable social and community features, including connecting with friends, viewing shared looks, and interacting with other users.

- Send you optional marketing messages or in-app promotions (you can opt out as described below).
- Monitor, maintain, and improve the performance, security, and usability of the Services.

If we ever engage in “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law, we will provide appropriate notices and opt-out options.
